How SXM Connect works
1. We collect requests
Through an automated WhatsApp assistant and our website, customers describe their need by Category (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, furniture assembly, smart home, or furniture/item transport), with location and photos/videos.
2. We qualify and forward
Every request is confirmed by the customer before being forwarded. We only send you requests in your specialty/specialties and your service area.
3. You respond directly to the customer
You provide your quote and contact the customer using their details. SXM Connect doesn't take part in the business relationship or in carrying out the work.
